The kettle in the room with tea bags was a nice touch, and I appreciated the 24/7 free tea and coffee available in the lobby. Free beverages offered a warm welcome after a long travel day. The breakfast had a generous variety that was constantly replenished, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a table with two chairs, perfect for eating or working. On the downside, the air conditioning didn’t function well, making the room uncomfortably warm. The shower also caused flooding because of an absent shower door, and there were maintenance issues like a dripping sink that needed attention. The noise level was bothersome, especially with poor sound insulation—internal disturbances kept me awake at night. The parking space felt cramped, and the lifts caused vibrations that meant restful sleep was rare. Overall, more attention to maintenance would really improve the stay for future guests.

Upon arrival, we noticed that our room was not cleaned, which was frustrating. Despite asking for housekeeping multiple times, the service was lacking as no one came to tend to our room during our 3-night stay. Additionally, the shower leakage created a mess on the bathroom floor, adding to our overall disappointment.

The reception staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, offering a delightful little welcome gift upon arrival. The hotel was conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from the central station and had a clean room with a lovely coffee/tea maker.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the central station. I also loved the fresh towels and the free coffee options in the room and lobby. However, the room felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice and cozy stay!

I had a lovely experience here, especially with how close it was to the central station, just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. The King Corner room I stayed in was spacious enough, and having complimentary coffee and tea available made my mornings brighter. The breakfast spread was quite generous, with both hot and cold options that kept me satisfied. However, I did notice the room could use some updates, particularly with the shower setup that led to a bit of water mess in the bathroom.
